"Absolutely the worst State Farm agent I’ve dealt with. I’ve had to contact them since my mom passed away last November, and they’ve been so difficult to get in touch with. When my mom’s house flooded in January, Bo told me himself that we would get nothing from insurance because “it was a week past the flood.” But when someone came out to see the damage, we did in fact get the money needed to make the repairs. They continued to charge for car insurance when the car was taken off of the account. While trying to get refund checks, they have been absolutely impossible to get in touch with. When I call the office, Bo has told me, “I will get in touch with you at some point.” I have to constantly email and call them to get anything done. I hope they treat their actual customers better and have put me on the back burner since I am handling everything through my mother’s account. I have had multiple State Farm agents in my life, and Bo and his people have been by far the worst."
